A group of Australian Designers have come together to create a Stitch-Along to keep us in good spirits while we are in isolation. If we can't get out and about at least we can all stitch along together.
Below is your free 6" block pattern which I created for you to download and stitch.

Thread colour I used. Please feel free to use your own colours, but I do have fellow stitchers sometimes ask, so....
DMC Colours - 370 (green), 420 (tan), 422 (caramel), 926 (blue), 3830 (rasberry), 3859 (pink), 3861 (mauve) and 3790 (brown).

Cutting Guide
Note - a 1/4" seam allowance has been included in all cutting
From 5" squares - cut two of 2.5" squares, and 3 of 1.5" squares from each
From white linen - 1 of 10" blocks for stitchery to be then trimmed to 6.5" after stitching
- 2 of 1.5" x 8.5", 2 of 1.5" x x10.5"
Binding - 2 of 2.25" strips

Requirements
12 x fat eighths (10" x 20")
White linen backgrounds and borders - 1.2m @ 52" wide, or 1.7m @ 42" wide
Outer Borders - 14" (35cm)

Cutting Guide
Note - a 1/4" seam allowance has been included in all cutting
From 12 fat eighths - cut a total of 216 of 2.5" squares, and a total of 252 of 1.5" squares
From white linen - 9 of 10" blocks for stitchery (of your choice) to be then trimmed to 6.5" after stitching
- 18 of 1.5" x 8.5", 18 of 1.5" x 10.5", 6 of 1.5" x 14.5", 4 of 1.5" x 44.5", 2 0f 1.5" x 46.5"
Outer borders - 2 of 2.5" x 46.5", 2 of 2.5" x 50.5" (you will have to join strips together end-t-end to create these lengths)
Binding - 7 of 2.25" strips
